Rímoli worked as an skilled reporter in politics for the following newspapers: O Globo, Folha de S?o Paulo, O Estado de S?o Paulo, and for the magazine Veja. All of them are renowned Brazilian communication media. After this cycle, he served as editor-in-chief at TV Bandeirantes (broadcaster).

 He worked at Brazilian government from 1999 to 2002 as communications adviser either for the Ministries of Communications and for Sport and Tourism. He played a role as election campaign adviser in the run for the president in two different ballotings: in 2006, for Geraldo Alckmin, and in 2014, for AécioNeves. In 2015, he was the editor in chief of the TV Camara at the Brazilian Parliament.

In 2016, he took over the presidency of the EmpresaBrasil de Comunica??o - EBC.
