I. Preparatory Work Before the Establishment of the "Asian Media Cooperation Organization"
1,、“亞洲媒體合作組織”基于博鰲亞洲論壇2015年年會(huì)“媒體領(lǐng)袖圓桌會(huì)議”所通過(guò)的《絲路倡議》,以及2016年年會(huì)該會(huì)議關(guān)于“亞洲媒體合作組織”的討論精神所發(fā)起,,其宗旨在于為亞洲媒體間及域外媒體間的合作搭建國(guó)際化合作平臺(tái),,通過(guò)整合媒體、政府與企業(yè)資源,,促進(jìn)跨國(guó)界,、跨地區(qū)信息的有效傳播,并借由媒體間的知識(shí)共享及人員,、信息,、技術(shù)、文化的交流,,促進(jìn)亞洲媒體的共同成長(zhǎng),,提升亞洲媒體的整體傳播力和國(guó)際影響力,為亞洲邁向命運(yùn)共同體,、提升亞洲人民的共同福祉貢獻(xiàn)力量,。
1. The "Asian Media Cooperation Organization" is based on the Silk Road Initiative passed during the "Media Leaders Roundtable" of the 2015 Bo'ao Forum for Asia, as well as the spirit of the discussion on an "Asian Media Cooperation Organization" held during the 2016 Forum. It aims to establish an international platform for cooperation between Asian media as well as media outside the region. The AMCO seeks to integrate media, government, and business resources, promote effective multinational and multiregional information propagation, and use the media's intellectual sharing and exchange of personnel, information, technology, and culture to accomplish certain goals. These goals are to spur the common growth of Asian media, improve Asian media's overall transmission and international influence, and contribute to developing an Asian community with a shared destiny, while also improving the common welfare of the people of Asia.
2、“亞洲媒體合作組織”在博鰲亞洲論壇年會(huì)“媒體領(lǐng)袖圓桌會(huì)議”的基礎(chǔ)上,,在2016年由博鰲亞洲論壇,、中國(guó)公共外交協(xié)會(huì)、中國(guó)國(guó)際廣播電臺(tái)三家機(jī)構(gòu)率先倡議,,包括鳳凰衛(wèi)視,、中華網(wǎng)、海南省廣播電視總臺(tái),、韓國(guó)中央日?qǐng)?bào),、土耳其方向電臺(tái)、蒙古國(guó)家公共廣播電臺(tái),、尼泊爾國(guó)家電視臺(tái),、柬埔寨國(guó)家電視臺(tái)、印尼艾爾辛達(dá)電臺(tái),、老撾人民報(bào)在內(nèi)的13家中外機(jī)構(gòu)所共同發(fā)起,。
2. The "Asian Media Cooperation Organization" is based on the annual conference of the Bo'ao Forum for Asia's "Media Leaders Roundtable". It was first proposed in 2016 by the Bo'ao Forum for Asia, China Public Diplomacy Association, and China Radio International, and jointly established by Phoenix Television, China.com, Hainan Broadcasting Group, the Republic of Korea's JoongAng Ilbo, Turkey's Y?n Radio, the Mongolian National Broadcaster, Nepal Television, National Television of Kampuchea, Indonesia's Elshinta Radio, and Laos' Pasaxon Newspaper.
3、在博鰲亞洲論壇2017年年會(huì)的“媒體領(lǐng)袖圓桌會(huì)議”上,,參會(huì)的二十多位媒體領(lǐng)袖將圍繞“亞洲媒體合作的新未來(lái)”這一主題,,就“亞洲媒體合作組織”的章程、業(yè)務(wù)范圍,、運(yùn)作模式和資金來(lái)源等具體內(nèi)容召開(kāi)工作會(huì)議,,就“亞洲媒體合作組織”的實(shí)質(zhì)內(nèi)容,以分組討論的形式進(jìn)行務(wù)實(shí)探討和密切磋商,,穩(wěn)中求進(jìn),,待征求各方廣泛共識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,,在條件成熟時(shí),,選擇合適的時(shí)機(jī),,推動(dòng)“亞洲媒體合作組織”的最終成立。
3. During the 2017 Bo'ao Forum for Asia's "Media Leaders Roundtable", the over 20 media leaders attending the roundtable will discuss the topic of "New Prospects for Asian Media Cooperation". They will hold working meetings on the charter, service scope, operation model, and funding sources of the "Asian Media Cooperation Organization". They will break up into groups to delve into and negotiate the substance of the AMCO, seek to improve while remaining stable, and push for the final establishment of the AMCO after reaching a consensus, when the conditions and timing is right.
