Because of how high profile her case had become， Nuril was not transferred to prison to serve her sentence immediately following the ruling and she has not served the six month sentence,。

國際特赦組織印尼分部主任烏斯曼·哈米德（Usman Hamid）在一份聲明中表示：“如果佐科總統(tǒng)對(duì)非政治案件給予特赦,，這將是一個(gè)歷史性事件?！?/p>

好消息是,，努里爾可能很快就會(huì)迎來這一歷史性的時(shí)刻。

上周接受CNN采訪時(shí),，佐科總統(tǒng)透露,，他將“盡快”給予她特赦。只是在此之前,，他還要再好好研究下案件,。

“I respect the decision of the court but when it‘s related to my authority， I will use my authority to give amnesty to Baiq Nuril,，” Joko said,， adding that her case “must be well researched first?！?/p>

佐科說：“我尊重法院的裁決,，但當(dāng)它涉及到我的職權(quán)時(shí)，我會(huì)用我的職權(quán)來特赦努里爾,?！彼€補(bǔ)充說，她的案件“必須先進(jìn)行充分研究”,。

When pushed whether he would grant her amnesty,， Joko said， “yes if I have to do it then I will do it， why not,？ As soon as possible,。”

If granted,， Nuril‘s lawyer said the conviction would be quashed。
