為搶救洱海,，2015年以來,，大理累計投入183.36億元，構建了覆蓋整個洱海流域的環(huán)湖截污體系,，其中包含19座城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠,、135座分散型農(nóng)村污水處理設施、4461.6公里污水收集管網(wǎng),、12.07萬個化糞池,。

這一體系如同巨網(wǎng)，遍布深入每家每戶,。

All domestic wastewater, including sewage from kitchens, toilets, washing machines and also livestock and poultry barns, would enter branch pipes of the sewage pipe network called “capillaries” by the locals, then go into the main pipe, and finally flow into sewage treatment plants.
