香港局勢持續(xù)緊張,，示威者的極端暴力活動不斷升級。有人卻借機(jī)搞事,，唯恐天下不亂,。

美國參議院無異議通過《香港人權(quán)與民主法案》后，眾議院20日以口頭投票的方式通過參議院版本的草案,。目前只要總統(tǒng)特朗普簽署,，法案便會生效。

這個法案最突出的條款是把美國對香港的特殊關(guān)稅待遇從自動延長變?yōu)橐荒暌粚?。什么意思呢,？在任何情況下，只要中央政府出手挽救香港局勢,，美國就對香港實施經(jīng)濟(jì)制裁,。

香港長久以來都充當(dāng)著西方進(jìn)入中國的通道，美國對香港是一年有300多億美元貿(mào)易順差,。一旦制裁生效,，所有香港人都將受到?jīng)_擊。

然而,，美國那群狂妄自大的議員卻打著“人權(quán)”和“民主”的旗號,，以全體港人福祉為籌碼，變相庇護(hù)香港暴徒,，無異于給香港亂局再添了一把新火,。

On Tuesday night， U.S,。 senators approved the Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act （sponsored by Florida Republican Marco Rubio） and the Protect Hong Kong Act （sponsored by Oregon Democrat Jeff Merkley）,。

Following the voice vote by the U.S。 Senate,， the House of Representatives,， which approved its own version of the Hong Kong bill last month， will now have to work with the Senate to figure out a unified bill before having U.S,。 President Donald Trump make the ultimate decision on whether it can be signed into law,。

美參議院通過涉港法案后，中方七連發(fā),，有力回?fù)裘婪健?/p>

--全國人大外事委員會：香港事務(wù)是中國的內(nèi)政,，香港事務(wù)必須在中華人民共和國憲法和香港特別行政區(qū)基本法的框架內(nèi)處理。香港是中國的香港,，任何外部勢力不得干涉,。

--外交部：該法案罔顧事實,、混淆是非、違反公理,，玩弄雙重標(biāo)準(zhǔn),，公然插手香港事務(wù)，干涉中國內(nèi)政,，嚴(yán)重違反國際法和國際關(guān)系基本準(zhǔn)則,，中方對此表示強(qiáng)烈譴責(zé)和堅決反對。如果美方一意孤行,，中方必將采取有力措施予以堅決反制,，堅定維護(hù)國家主權(quán)、安全,、發(fā)展利益,。

--國務(wù)院港澳事務(wù)辦公室：香港現(xiàn)在面臨的最大風(fēng)險是暴力橫行，而不是什么“人權(quán)”“民主”問題,。美國一些政客的表現(xiàn)完全是混淆是非,、顛倒黑白，是毫無原則的雙重標(biāo)準(zhǔn),。

--香港中聯(lián)辦：美國國會和部分政客不顧中國政府的強(qiáng)烈反對,，一而再，再而三地粗暴插手香港事務(wù),，干涉中國內(nèi)政,，一意孤行通過有關(guān)涉港議案,，我們對此予以嚴(yán)厲譴責(zé),。

--全國政協(xié)外事委員會：香港是中國的一個特別行政區(qū)，不是美國的哪一個州,。美國應(yīng)立即停止干涉中國內(nèi)政,，停止干涉香港事務(wù)，否則只會搬起石頭砸自己的腳,。

--外交部駐港公署：香港是中國的香港,，美政客根本沒有資格通過其國內(nèi)法對香港事務(wù)說三道四。

--香港特別行政區(qū)政府：《基本法》賦予香港的獨(dú)特地位,，非任何其他國家單方面施予,。外國議會不應(yīng)以任何形式干預(yù)香港特別行政區(qū)的內(nèi)部事務(wù)。

Just hours after the passage of the bill,， the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region （HKSAR） government and six Beijing offices voiced their “strong condemnation” for Washington‘s meddling in Beijing’s internal affairs and for their public support for violent rioters who have seriously destroyed the peace and stability of Hong Kong,。

This act neglects facts and truth， applies double standards and blatantly interferes in HKSAR‘s affairs and China’s other internal affairs,。 It is in serious violation of international law and basic norms governing international relations,， said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang in a press statement,。 

The issue Hong Kong faces is not about human rights or democracy， but about stopping violence and chaos,， upholding rule of law and restoring order as soon as possible,， Geng pointed out， adding that the radical,， violent and criminal practices over the past five months have  severely threatened people‘s safety and property,， disrupted the rule of law and social order of Hong Kong。

The Chinese official called for Washington to immediately take action before making this act into law,， otherwise,， Geng warned， China will have to “take strong countermeasures to defend our national sovereignty,， security,， and development interests if the U.S。 insists on making the wrong decisions”,。

面對中央和香港特區(qū)政府以及香港市民的憂心憤慨,，美國議員們不以為意，反倒沾沾自喜：你們看,，只要美國想管,，就沒有管不了的事兒！

法案通過后,，美國眾議院共和黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人凱文·麥卡錫（ Kevin McCarthy ）在社交媒體上一句別有用心的言論充分暴露其無知,。

“美國將與香港人民站在一起，懲罰中國進(jìn)一步的侵略,?！?/p>

“The United States stands with the people of Hong Kong and will punish further aggression by China?！?/p>

Excuse me,？中國侵略？這位仁兄,，世界地理該補(bǔ)補(bǔ)課了吧,！

美國民主黨一位叫迪克·德賓 （Dick Durbin）的參議員也急不可待地在社交媒體表決心。

“我們必須毫不猶豫地支持香港人民的民主訴求,?！?/p>

“We must show our unequivocal support for the democratic aspirations of the people of Hong Kong?！?/p>

兩個人都大言不慚地提到了“香港人民”,，然而他們口口聲聲支持的“渴望民主的香港人民”卻是這樣的：

破壞地鐵設(shè)施——

四處縱火——

設(shè)置路障——

傷害無辜市民——

毆打日本游客——

而美國政客選擇性忽略的香港人民是這樣的：

實名聯(lián)署支持政府止暴制亂——

自發(fā)上街“撐警”——

為清理路障的駐港部隊拍手歡呼——

綜上，這群不敢親自踏足香港的美國議員隨意張口通過的“人權(quán)”法案，到底在“庇護(hù)”一群什么樣的人呢,？

幾位CNN記者造訪了被示威者當(dāng)作基地的香港理工大學(xué),，并記錄下自己的見聞：

校園環(huán)境堪憂——

“Atop one of the campus‘ entrances， there was a noticeable stench of smoldering rubbish and petrol that burned the nose,?！?/p>

“在校園的一個入口處，有一股明顯的垃圾和汽油的臭味,，十分刺鼻,。”

遍地汽油彈瓶子——

“Thousands of unused petrol bombs littered the campus on the path to the canteen,， which had become something of a main headquarters for the protesters,。”

“數(shù)千枚未使用的汽油彈散落在通往食堂的道路上,，這里已經(jīng)成為抗議者的主要基地,。“

記者上午十一點半到訪有留守者還在睡——

“Only about 50 or so protesters were inside when CNN visited,。 Some slept while others looked aimlessly at their phones,。”

“CNN到訪時,，只有大約50名抗議者在里面,。一些人在睡覺，另一些人則漫無目的地看手機(jī),?！?/p>

在游泳池里練習(xí)拋擲汽油彈——

“Several tried to jump across a highway near the pool， which had been emptied and used for Molotov cocktail-throwing practice,。 ”

校園里一片狼藉,，校園附近的公路,、隧道和公共設(shè)施也被毀壞——

“They had used the PolyU campus as a base from which they launched operations to block nearby roads and the Cross-Harbour Tunnel which connects Kowloon to Hong Kong Island?！?/p>

“他們以理大校園為基地,，展開行動，堵截附近的道路和連接九龍與香港島的海底隧道,?！?/p>

記者還采訪了校園里一位負(fù)責(zé)醫(yī)療的志愿者，趙醫(yī)生,。這位醫(yī)生感慨,，香港警察不容易——

“They have been working under a lot of pressure these months,。”
