特斯拉律師在訴狀中表示,，特朗普政府對(duì)該公司從中國(guó)進(jìn)口物品加收關(guān)稅的行為武斷而任性，是“對(duì)自由裁量權(quán)的濫用”,。同時(shí),，相關(guān)政府機(jī)構(gòu)也沒(méi)有給予企業(yè)發(fā)聲的機(jī)會(huì)。

特斯拉要求法院認(rèn)定特朗普政府該關(guān)稅征收行為不合法,，并要求退還已支付的關(guān)稅稅款及期間利息,。

券商Wedbush分析師丹尼爾·伊夫接受采訪時(shí)表示：“特斯拉狀告特朗普政府，此舉出乎意料且出手強(qiáng)勢(shì),，或吸引其他美國(guó)企業(yè)效仿,。”伊夫相信,，許多美國(guó)企業(yè)和投資者將密切關(guān)注此案進(jìn)展,。

Bloomberg reported that Tesla on Monday filed the suit concerning tariffs imposed by the Office of the U.S,。 Trade Representative （USTR） on imports from China in the U.S。 Court of International Trade in New York,。

The carmaker in its filing called tariffs “arbitrary,， capricious， and an abuse of discretion?！?It wants the court to declare the duties unlawful and order a refund,， with interest， amounts already paid,。

2018年8月,，美國(guó)貿(mào)易代表辦公室公布了對(duì)價(jià)值約160億美元中國(guó)產(chǎn)品加征25%關(guān)稅的清單，特斯拉Model 3型號(hào)電動(dòng)車部件組裝要用到的中國(guó)制造的電腦和顯示屏也名列其中,。
