想讓人們乖乖待在家,，需要將大量基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)落實(shí)到位,。比如，給人們派送食物和醫(yī)療必需用品,。這就需要全面的社會(huì)動(dòng)員,。事實(shí)證明，中國(guó)是正確的,。In order to allow people to stay at home,。 You have to put in place a tremendous infrastructure， but you’ve got to deliver the food to them,。 You‘ve got to deliver essential medical supply,。 So it needs an all-out social mobilization。 The facts prove that China was correct,。

求幫助：要多與中國(guó)交流,，咨詢建議

羅斯認(rèn)為，在這一關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,，不應(yīng)帶有政治目的去批判中國(guó),，反而應(yīng)該多向中國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)。我不是在批評(píng)任何人,，因?yàn)楝F(xiàn)在形勢(shì)不容樂觀,，不是進(jìn)行政治性批判或攻擊任何人的時(shí)候,。我只想讓這些國(guó)家學(xué)習(xí)中國(guó)，而不是像西方媒體那樣批評(píng)中國(guó),，他們應(yīng)該積極同中國(guó)交流,，向中國(guó)咨詢建議。I‘m not saying this to criticize anybody,， because the situation is much too serious to engage in sort of political or other types of attacking of people,。 What I want them to do is I want them to study China instead of the criticism which is appearing in western press。 They should be desperately in contact with China,， asking them for advice,。
