IPPO, New York, April 4 (Reporter Li Shihui) - On April 4th, at the eleventh session of the Expert Mechanism on the Right to Development (EMRTD) held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, Cui Guowei, representing the Shaanxi Patriotic Volunteers Association (International Patriotic Pact Organization), delivered a video statement on the theme of "Recent Reversals in International Development Cooperation and Their Impact on the Right to Development."
